TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   
      We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal
     property or personal injury, however caused.
    
     During heavy rain spells all cars to be parked off the grass areas,
    Riverside will charge  £25.00 to pull you off.

    No person under the age of 21 is to occupy the caravan without
    Supervision.

    We cannot accept bookings for all male / female parties under the
    age of 25.

    Any site rules and regulations listed around the site MUST BE
    FOLLOWED.

    Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11pm.

    NO SMOKING in the caravan please. And no pets unless by prior
    Arrangement.

    Pillows and bedding provided, bring your own towels.

    Please leave van clean and tidy.

    NO KITES ALLOWED TO BE USED BECAUSE OF OVERHEAD
     ELECTRIC WIRES.
